Scheduled Maintenance: SFTP / FileMage TLS Certificate Update

We will rotate the TLS certificate on the SFTP / FileMage service to the official Ebury certificate (ebb-ebury-tls). The update will be rolled out environment by environment: dev → staging → production, with production applied last after dev/staging validation.

Expected impact
A brief SFTP/FTPS connection interruption is expected on each host while the FileMage listener restarts. In-flight transfers may be dropped and should be retried after the window. No data is affected.

Please review your integrations against these hosts and plan for this maintenance window within the next week:

Pause or reschedule any automated SFTP jobs/transfers overlapping the window.
Be ready to retry failed transfers once the window closes.

After rollout, validate that your clients trust the new Ebury issuer (CA chain) — flag any pinned-certificate clients in advance.
